Found this old poster in the attic. It used to hang in my office during my grad school days. Wife was kind enough to have it matted and framed. Brings back some great memories. (Yep, I'm old.)

I have one of those for San Marcos from around the same time, but SWT was too bush league for anyoneto have bothered coloring it.

Unfortunately this poster would never make it past the PC gestapos today. No diversity (like, at ALL), and there's a dude shooting a GUN (gasp!) at a sorority chick.
Love all of it. I dare say that late 80's/early 90's was the best time to be an Aggie.

People of integrity expect to be believed, when they're not, they let time prove them right.
Pretty impressive they predicted the new 12th Man statue on there.
Remember grabbing a stack of those and the coupon books, ripping out the double Dave's, Swenson's and gumby coupons and then throwing the rest in the trash.
And for the young'ens shocked by the prices...I had a $500 scholarship this same year....I got a refund from the fiscal office because it was more than enough to pay for my classes and tuition that semester.
The O&M Building appears ... unexcited.

Emelio's! It gave my roomie in Dunn the worst food poisoning ever so from that point on I couldn't order it as the smell would make him barf. Such a different town back then though.

In Fall '79 when they opened, my fish year, Cow Pie and fries were $1.30.
I have a MillerTime Spring Break '82 Port Aransas poster that is The Greatest of all time. My kids tried to scarf it but it's in my possession now.
