My son's favorite book is What Do People Do All Day. The amount of detail in that book is fascinating.

My version was from 1975 or so. I found those books fascinating, I spent hours just looking at the pictures, imagining being among the characters, it was a magical world. When I had kids of my own, I got them all these books to get them started with reading.

I had many Golden Books, but the last page always had a picture of Scruffy the Tugboat. I wish I had that story but I didn't.
