**coldest day of winter
**a brief snow squall came thru at 4AM no school. Never happened to me as a kid my 4 kids will be excited. Maybe I will wake them up to tell them.
**working from home based on travel now with 4kids.
**travelling to WI tonight it should be a lot colder there. Yeah Me!

Taking the day off to close on my house, so of course I'll go into the office for a couple of hours.

- So over this cold nasty weather. It's March and it's 30-something degrees out.
- Supposed to have softball practice tonight for kiddos. Not looking forward to that in the cold.
- My day just got one meeting shorter.
- Back to the daily stuff.
but I'm le tired
- Wearing my 34-inch waist 501 jeans that I haven't been able to wear in about 3 years.
- Turned 50 in January (that's just crazy... no way am I 50!!!!)
- Decided didn't want to be the average American who just gets fat as they age and accepts it.
- Lost 28 pounds since Jan 1 (from 225 to 197)... I'm 6'3" for a point a reference... I was never hugely fat, but I graduated college at 185... not sure I can get to that anymore.. but looking to get back to 190.
- Lost it by exercising and eating sensibly... no fad diet like keto/paleo/IMF or whatever other goofy diet is popular right now.
No offense to those doing those diets... better than not trying. - yes, even I'm tired of the rain... yard is just marshland at this point.
- Like the cold though.
- It's good day so far at work.

It's freezing this morning. Still recovering from a rodeo weekend so I am feeling the Mondays.
