I'm going to presume you mean more than physical qualities because those can change. For me the very top three attractive qualities are playfulness, laid back/gentle spirit and honest.

Wife and I took the kids to Zoo Boo yesterday and there was a woman there in the pumpkin patch that was about 6'1" and smokin' (leggings, tight running jacket, etc) pushing 2 kids in a stroller. Guy walking with her was probably 5'10" and 350 lbs of goo, easily. I wouldn't be surprised if she has a better idea of what his crank looks like than he does. I was floored. Even my wife asked "do you think they're married?" I had my doubts as well until they went to take a family picture on the hay bales that were set up for pictures.
