So my fianc wants to have her bachelorette party at the frio river, we are getting married in October.

She's not sure if around Labor Day will be to late for a trip to the frio or not...

Any recommendations...?

If you want to avoid all of the huge crowds, then the weekend after Labor Day might be the best bet. If they're are all looking to get laid, then Labor Day weekend or the weekend before should be good

The Frio is likely really cold right now. I wouldn't recommend tubing it.

If it does not rain in July and August, then yes it would be too late.

Is the OP the one that wanted to use a drone during the proposal or was it a classic car?

Put down the pitchforks. The Ags are out of town for 2 of the 4 weekends in October, and one of the remaining two weekends is an off week. If it's an away game they can have TVs going

Not "too late" in terms of weather, but whether the water level will support tubing depends on the rainfall during the summer. It will likely be low, but they can still find places to hangout if floating isn't the priority.

We stay here for our family reunion every year. Some houses have pools. On the river with a private rock beach.

Neal's Lodges, Aggie owned and lots of cabin options, including some that sleep 20. We have done birthday party weekends out there and had a blast.

Going Labor Day is not too late, plus they will likely have a good concert at House Pastures that weekend as well.

I second the Neal's suggestion. It is where we stay every year when we go. If the river isn't flowing enough for them to float, then they can sit in the swimming hole, jump off the rock, ride the slide, etc. I would suggest waiting until after LD if they don't want to deal with huge crowds.
