BTS stands for "behind the scenes". This is a behind the scenes video of a photoshoot. In softcore porn enthusiasm circles (British lad mags, Playboy, etc.) , BTS videos represent opportunities to admire a buxom woman in motion as she jiggles around.

She's looking a little smaller up top, though. I do often wonder whether she did get a reduction and lift at some point. I know she is prone to pretty dynamic size fluctuations though through weight fluctuations.
