I have seen this situation a few times.

One of my female classmate from high school is very pretty. I saw her husband's picture on Facebook, and he is a good looking dude too. The kids are terribly ugly though.

Another female friend of mine, she is very pretty, slim and captivating. Her husband is "okay" looking. Their teenage son has is so ugly looking that I find it hard to believe it's her son. He has some similarity so I know he is her kid. The daughter is better looking but not a patch on the mom.

Another high school ex classmate of mine on whom I had a crush. I see her on FB, still beautiful with a fantastic smile. She has 2 daughters, not bad looking, but no where near the mom. She married an old dude about 10 years older than us (average looking).

Genetics is weird.

Had a friend in high school - parents were ugly as sin. White mom, overweight black dad. Daughter was a model. My friend was pretty ugly though.

First of all, prepare to get blasted for calling kids ugly. Not saying you're incorrect about their looks, just....

Second, I've seen some of those kids blossom into gorgeous people. If boys were smarter, they'd immediately start working on girls that have gorgeous parents. The girls will probably develop later and the boys will then have way better than they deserve and a girlfriend/wife that appreciates the guy that liked her when no one else did.

Yes, girls who are ugly and/or overweight in middle-high school, then clean up in college are the best. Good looking and great personalities.

OP often gets a bad rap, but I'm with you on this one. It's always so disappointing when I'm looking at a woman on Facebook and then it turns out her teenage son is not nearly as attractive as I had hoped.

Growing up I knew this family of 5. Mom fat, ugly, looked like a man. Dad fat, trucker, looked like the world took a dump on him whenever it could. Oldest daughter fat, looked like a pig. Middle daughter skinny and hot, prom queen and head cheerleader. Youngest son fat, balding in the 8th grade. So weird. Genetics is a crazy thing.

I had a friend in high school that was a nice looking, not really pretty. She married one goofy looking fook. Their 2 daughters are gorgeous.


She was screwing around with a really good looking guy for 5 years and they got divorced. True story. It really makes you think.
