I realize she only got him in the bottom half of his body, but her asking him to turn around and put his hands behind his back while she keeps taking him for a ride doesn't make sense. In our department, we would have gotten in trouble for hitting him with the juice that many times. She was basically right the first time she got there. She could have kept him at bay until backup arrived, but the minute she re-holstered he was able to get in that weak b*tchslap.

She also took her eyes off target until he asked her what the five fingers said to the face.

Adrenaline does funny things to your voice. You'd be surprised what happens when you have to point a gun or a taser at someone knowing they might pull something out and shoot/stab/other you with it.

I heard male officer's voices get so high, I thought there was another woman in the room with me.

What I find the MOST disturbing are the ***** ass men that would rather video tape something instead of help. A simple "Ma'am, do you need help?" As soon as she gives you the green light, mental defect would have been power driven into the ground. End of story.
