At what age should a single person default to a king size bed?

Have you tried sharing a queen bed with a significant other? It's terrible.

But if you're a single person, having a king sized bed seems like a waste - UNTIL you're suddenly having to share it bc someone's shacking up with you.

So my question is this: As a single person, at what age do you just go buy a king sized bed to sleep in? Even if it's all by your lonesome?

I owned a twin size bed until just a few years ago but have finally upgraded to a Queen. I don't think I'll ever get a king size bed.

It's hard to have threesomes and foursomes without a king size bed. Although when I'm taking on more than 4 babes at a time, I find having two queens next to each other a better option.
