This is a heated debate between another donut lover and I.
The Shipley's on Ella either did no hear me or did not know what I was saying when I asked for a Boston Cream.

Just ask for the cream pie. They might leave the "Boston" off outside of New England.

They make them. I just have no clue what anyone else calls them, because I (having lived in Texas my whole life and having never been to Massachusetts) have only ever heard them referred to as Boston Cream donuts.

Bear claws are good but you must be daft to think they are superior. Thrusting that brown tube into your mouth and sucking all of the cream out is bliss. Don't do it too fast though or you might gag on it. Mmmmmmm.....
