I realize this is Texags and this is the GB, but there should be limits here to being a complete ****.

I posted about missing a head on by one lane, saw that this ended in a bad wreck that will probably end up being a fatality, saying that I was taking steps to stop this in the future with an idea that I have.

And, and you were a **** about it. Congrats! You win the d-bag award for this board today. And, that's hard to do.

A wrong way driver in College Station early this morning on hwy 6 resulted in that driver being killed in a head on with an 18 wheeler and then another driver being killed after rear ending a police cruiser trying to block the highway and funnel traffic to the feeder road. The officer and 18 wheeler occupants survived with various injuries, thankfully.

I too am waiting on the website that stops drunk/high/old and confused drivers. When is the beta due to be out?

Wow so in addition to arresting the suspected drunk wrong way driver police also arrested one of the drivers she hit on suspicion of DWI as well.

I've been passed by the wrong way driver before. As a result, if the highway is lightly traveled, I am in the far right lane all the time. Doesn't slow you down at all and is at least a bit safer.

About 6 months ago, I passed a wrong way driver on 37 north here in corpus. It is quite a scare. Like mentioned above, I was thinking how drunk do you have to be to not know you are on the wrong side of the ****ing road.

This world is filled with many drunken idiots, I suppose.

They raised an interesting question on the radio this morning - what % of drivers around you are intoxicated at any given time? Some studies have shown upwards of 20% on average - as high as 75% at 2 AM.

I feel better in a middle lane. If there's a problem on my right I can go left, if there's a problem on my left I can go right, if there's a problem in front of me...ok you get the idea.

I'm probably not considering something that makes that logic dumb, but until I see that it works for me.
