My friends and I used to do this all the time in elementary school. A common practice was to continuously gleek on the person sitting in front of you during class until they finally noticed. Girls didn't like it too much when you did it to them.

Swallow to clear your mouth. Use a jolly rancher or some gum. When you get that first bit of spit that's super watery, flick your tongue very quickly up against your bottom teeth. Your tongue has to be curved back towards your mouth like in the picture/link
