Is this trespassing? One of the little sex trophies left their scooter in my driveway and it was there when I got home. I considered running over it with my car, but didn't want to risk damage to my car. I've told these kids not to play in my driveway several times. I'm more upset at the parents for not teaching their kids to respect other people's property. Should I tell the cops every time they set foot on my property?

I had a horrible weed problem in my yard after we moved in. Even told the kid's parents I would be spraying and to keep their kids out. They didnt.

There's a big difference between a yard and a driveway. HTH.

We've had issues with this in the past, and I simply grabbed my full auto 400 fps airsoft rifle and made target practice out of them. I would recommend this method, as they have never come back since.

About five years ago we had a young girl who lived across the street who would play in our yard all the time and hang around my car when it was in the driveway. I used to get so paranoid that she was laying behind my tires or under my car that before I would start the car I would do a walk around then check under the car for her.

Spray them with the hose. Pneumonia sets in. Win.

If the toys stay in your driveway, run em over......it will make you feel great

You should at least give the parents a chance to take care of it. If they are a-holes and don't do anything, keep the toys in your garage until they ask for them. Then tell remind them that you've had this conversation with them before.

How about trying to make friends with your neighbors? When I was a kid, Dr. Coates had the only yard big enough to play some 8 year old football on. We tore up his yard, and then soon learned how to keep it in playing condition.

But by all means, just run over the kid's scooter.

Are they doing damage to your property? They are kids being kids, outside having fun...not shut in the house playing a game system. The neighborhood kids play on my basketball hoop all of the time, and it effects my life in no way. They even *gasp* drink out of my water hose...not a problem, they turn the faucet off. I'd rather see children having fun, moving around and playing than be slothing around and antisocial. These kids aren't stealing from you or causing you any harm...so you have to get your a** out of the car to move a scooter out of the way...first world problems of a busy rich person...

Find something better to do or worry about...at least they're outside and not playing video games inside getting obese like majority of kids these days.

Why don't you just tell the kids you don't mind them playing in your yard, but could they keep their toys off of the first so you can pull into your garage. If you find toys, out then up in your garage until they ask for them. If they get all just, play the, I wanted to keep it safe for you - didn't want it to get stolen card. passive-aggresive like.

My neighbor has no interest in being friends, but his kid loves to play horse with me. If only he wasn't so fat and short.

All the kids on my street know im the grumpy mean middle aged man. They avoid me.

Especially after they used to trespass and i would yell at them, and then tell their parents to teach their damn kids to respect peoples property.
