My two month old smelled like that the other day...when I went to put him down for a nap there was a nice liquid poop spot on my shirt. So apparently that smells = diaper blowout. He's breastfed...doesn't smell bad until they start eating solids.

Is the baby breastfed? That could be the cause. My daughter's poop smells like bread, and the pediatrician said it was normal.
