Bought my '12 Unlimited in CS for invoice, so I'm sure you can find better deals closer to you, but I wanted to say that I love the dog**** out of mine, especially the 3-piece top. The new Pentastar and auto are great, just look at the driver's side door frame for the build date to make sure it is a recent build to reduce the likelihood of getting a 3.6 with the ticking problem. There's now a fix for it, but who wants to deal with warranty work when there's a chance to avoid it?

keeping the truck -- the dogs need a place to ride when I take them around town. It must be an Auburn orange because ol' girl doesnt like this color orange. They have a black Rubicon that was 5k more. I use USAA -- so thats 1000.00 off. No payments on my truck, so if I can muster up a solid down payment, I might hit that 36 month 0% financing assuming i can get a good deal --- Huffines is where this lot is.

Probably mostly weekender/commuter but may see the rugged backwoods of eagles nest new mexico with clinte234s CJ8 pulling me up the mountain

When I was looking at my truck, some of the prices I would've been paying for a used one pushed me to going ahead and getting a new one. It was worth the extra $$$ to me to know it hadn't been abused off-road somewhere for whatever reason.

No car dealer is going to turn down a deal that is workable. Some say invoice is about as low as you can get, but that's not true for most vehicles -- you can get 2-3% lower. Holdback and rebates come into play and should be on the table. They may not tell you what they are or in some cases, may not even know. Make an offer at least 5% less than invoice and make them work toward your figure.

Oh, and there's no problem negotiating price and payments together as long as you know what the calculation is. It actually makes them more comfortable to do that.
