Thats not how it works, Rusty. They base (Forbes) the net worth off of your holdings in publicly listed/traded companies.

Are any of Adam's companies public?

My CEO is worth $1B+, but we're private. Good luck finding out what he's really worth.

They had a discussion on this on premium last year and that's what many said on there. That he asked to not be listed. But, it wouldn't be the first time TexAgs was wrong.

And Lowey Mayes was a billionaire. Not sure if he still is.
