Casas Rod and Papa Perez are both very good. Hard to go wrong wit either one.

El Sol at Texas & MLK is more authentic, but I would suggest knowing some Spanish I'd you plan on eating there.

I personally prefer Abuelo's. Food is always good everytime I go. Never understood the boner some peole have over Casa Rod. It was good, but vastly overrated.

Everyone on this thread needs to drive over to Elgin and hit Morelia's and find out what good texmex should taste like. Then head back to BCS and weep over what that town lacks.
