Well slicer I am a fat and I'm doing my best to change that.

And as for the questions, based on your weight you get so many points per day + a weekly allowance of 49. You lose more weight if you stay within your daily point allowance. Mine is 35 points.

I've been on WW for a month and lost 6 pounds!
