ok, there is a pastry that we used to have at Christmas that was a long struedel looking thing but it was made with Kolache bread and either cream cheese or cherry filling... it is pronouced "buch-tah" - does anyone know the spelling?

they are SO good with some sugary coconut drizzle on top...

they thought the pancake place looked like a donut shop... they thought since there are more donut shops that bagel shops that they must be new... I said I didn't know which came first...
