depends on opponent. some people i play just do like 3-4 letter words all day, so you really can't get too high. some people play longer words, or spread around the board more so you end up getting most premium squares
here is about the highest I've had. i'd say my average is 250-300.

I average about 370-ish against most opponents. There is one fellow who's goal in life is to gunk up the board as best he can to stop me from playing big words. He beats me most games. Basically, whoever can assert their will in how the board plays out will win the game.

It drives me up the freaking wall.

I can usually tell pretty quick if someone is a suck if they play a 4 letter word to start and don't uncenter it, or they waste an s in the middle of a word, or get less than 30 points early in the game from a J, Q, or Z.
