That depends on whether or not Fred is invited. Fred requires x4 the average amount.

If all 200 are teetotalers then zero bottles should do the trick.

of those coming, i believe i have calculated that no one does not drink, around 100 or so will drink between 2 and 4 servings, 50 will go between 4 and 7, 25 will go between 7-10, and 25 will go 10+

it's just a matter of "top shelf" quantity, really

Call a reputable caterer or bar service. They will be able to give you a reasonably exact number.

Each 750 ml bottle contains 25.36 oz, which equates to 16.91 drinks per bottle based on a 1.5 oz serving size. Assuming the average guest has 3 drinks, you will need about 600 drinks to serve. 600/16.71 = 35.49 bottles. You will need 36 bottles of Crown.

Obviously there are those that won't drink and others, such as myself, who would have 5-6.

At $31.95 per bottle, it will cost $1,150.

that's 9.3 drinks per guest assuming 110 bottles. Have a hard time believing every guest will/can drink that much. Way overboard.
