anyone got a good recipe for onion rings?

sonic rings suck...the recipe i used was pretty good...the only thing i would change is the flakiness of it, it was more just like a crust instead of flakiness that i prefer like at Lowake steak house...

yeah like that...the crust i got on mine was like smooth and just kind of looked like a something you would see at the state fair...i.e. a fried twinkie
