What's the difference between the "Cycle" and "Cycle Zone" classes?

sounds like the cycle zone might target specific muscle groups? probably a little more intense overall.
my family works out at la fitness, and i am there when i am not in school
however, i have no idea what the difference between the classes is.
just be prepared for a killer workout in the zone class cuz it was a killah

I guess I can ask when I get to the gym tonight.
One is most likely more difficult than the other.
One may work different heart rate zones more, and harder.
Switching in and out of aerobic/anaerobic is a hell of a workout when taken to extremes.

Teh zone classes may also do stuff off the bike to target a whole body exercise.

i think cdub is right. the zone classes usually focus on heart rate zones and they will end you
