I doubt they were packing since it was a gubment building, but, if you see a guy wearing a fanny pack that doesn't look like the type of guy that would wear a fanny pack chances are he's a CHL holder

my pops has one of those. they are bad A. once, he took it into sea world when we were kids. i had no idea crap at sea world could hit the fan that quickly. when i get licensed im going to have to get one myself.
