I got mine today and tried it on... it comes down to about an inch above my ankles and all the way down to my wrists.

Any chance I would be able to get a smaller one this late?

No, I did add 1 inch, figuring my shoes would be 2-3 inches, and I have short legs. I guess I got the wrong size but I wondered if they were just always that long.
