Between the two Tito's is technically better as well, based on distillation process.

After distillation, water also plays a part, but becomes much more about personal palate and preference.

I never drink vodka neat so I buy Mono, since it's cheap and supposedly reasonably good.

I've done the russian vodka sipping with pickles and the whole 9, and while you can taste the difference between many of them, I just don't find them that different, and if mixed with anything can't tell at all.

Gin or Bourbon on the other hand....

in my opinion, titos taste better than most vodkas out there.

hangar one is nice, goose is crap, ketel one is pretty good, vox is nice, belvedere is yummy, chopin is yummy, stoli has the best flavors, skyy is horrible & a waste of $$, absolut is a waste of $$, ciroc has a funny taste to it (kinda like grapes which makes sense since its made from grapes), svedka is good to mix with, & ive had some friends try xo at liquor conventions & they said it was fantastic.
