I DVR'ed it and just got around to watching it. When Pam shows the sheet with the alleged lipstick stain on it...is the viewer supposed to suspect that's not actually lipstick? Or am I just making things up?

when pam was doing laundry she picks up a sheet... says she left her lipstick in the wash... shows the lipstick, shows a red lipstick stain on the sheet.. and loses her virginity

when she's doing her laundry and pulls something out to fold (I thought it was a sweater) and her lipstick tube was wrapped in it and it had lipstick smeared all over it...

yes, pam makes it out that she just left her lipstick in the laundry and that's what caused the red stain on the sheet. I was just wondering if it was supposed to be a subtle hint that maybe she was being unfaithful to Jim, and I didn't know if she was supposed to be a virgin up to this point. Just wondering what other people thought, but if it was only supposed to be that she really did leave her lipstick in her pocket or something, then that's fine. I just wasn't sure.

And yes, I did see her pull the lipstick out and show it to the camera...but she could've just had it in her pocket or purse or something.

I thought it was just reinforcing the fact that she was having an "off" day...nothing was really going right...I think you were reading too much into it...

She's not a virgin. Roy has alluded in the past to the two of them having sex.

she was having a bad day and the lipstick getting washed with the clothes just added on to it. there is no deeper meaning. and the episode was not very good. hopefully next one will be better.
