it is a 1 bedroom, approximately 650 sqft, and the rent is $650. you WILL NOT find a better deal in the area, especially considering all the amenities riata has. (staffed workout facility, wine tasting, jogging trail, 6 pools, covered parking, etc.)
we will be looking to move out around october 1. and the lease goes through june 2009. we are looking at buying a house.
