The water is muddy to stained up there. When the water gets up in the upper fifties, the bass move up to the shallows. In the morning I would Carolina rigs or slow roll white spinner baits in the creek bends. The bigger fish are still pretty cold weather right now, but by then they will likely be in spawning patterns. March-April are awesome at Toledo.
By the time you are there, you should probably try spinners baits (white is usually better on TB) and maybe even some shallow diving crank baits (silver rat'l traps work well) in the backs of coves. If that is productive, it will get you thru the day. Carolina Rig at the front of grass cover will get you bigger fish. Rouges or jerk baits can get hot in the same places as the Carolina rigs if you just cannot stand Carolina Rigging. (Lots of people don't like it or cannot do it right.) I like the watermelon and pumpkin seed lizards for Carolina rigging up there.
The slower you fish the better.
If the water is still muddy or it is cloudy, use darker colors. Clear water, or bright day, use brighter colors.
You are going to be just about at the middle of the lake. I would go South to fish. Just South is Rebels Ridge. That is a pretty productive area, and if you can find it on the map, HogPen Branch and Indian Mounds are great spots a little further south.
