I have an ulcer on my tounge. Have had it for about a week. Sunday night she tells me to go get Malox and dip a Q-Tip in it and rub it on my sore. It is gone in less than two days.


Where the hell did she hear this and why the eff did it work?

You might think this is rediculous but my grandpa told me a method to getting rid of ulsors and keeping them away. For year my grandpa had them really bad, sometime 10 to 15 in his mouth at a time. I used to get them really bad to. He tried everything and then he finally figured out the best method. He said eat a few spoonfulls of cottage cheese, yogurt, or sourcream everyday. I used to have ulsors in my mouth pretty much at all times. He told me that method and the ulsers went away and I havent had one since. Neither has he. Its just a method he found in a home remedy book and it has worked tremendously well. This might sound insane but I am serious, you should try it. It will save you money from getting those medicines all the time.

Magic mouthwash never worked for me.

There are many recipes for this stuff. I used to have some, and when i would get a ulcer in the back of my throat, this stuff was a life saver. The thing was, you had to swallow a tiny amount for it to get to the back of your throat. Well, when you swallow enough lidocaine, or bendaryl or whatever the hell it was in that stuff, your in for a great nap.

the dairy products that worked for gramps worked because they straightened out his entire digestive tract...a doc said if your mouth is full of ulcers you should see your stomach!

Maalox coats, lidocaine deadens the pain, benadryl helps you not care!

my mom told me to eat a kiwi...im not sure why i havent tried it yet. i rinse my mouth with hydrogen peroxide. putting salt on it helps too but it burns like a mother!
