NPR

I like NPR, but not in Houston. Aside from Morning Edition and All Things Considered, all they have is classical music. They carry none of the national talk stuff during the day, such as Talk of the Nation.

When I lived in Fort Lauderdale, I had two NPR stations to choose from, and both had good discussion content. As far as I'm concerned, KUHF provides very little value for me to contribute $ to.

They already get assloads of taxpayer money to spew their left wing garbage, why do they need more?

I haven't found any other decent AM/FM news stations in Houston. I listen to BBC News on the way the office on Sirius, but in the office terrestrial is the only option.
