Typical early 90's movie making the transition from 80's to 90's. Long Hair, Z-Cavaricci-type clothes, Top Gun like music.

It has a certain 90s flair to it. My big complaint: It was just too short. It tried to be like Die Hard, but didn't quite meet expectations. But, when it's on TV, I always find myself watching it.
