Just FYI if you end up not finding anything better, there really aren't bad seats in that place. I have seen several basketball games and even sat in the last row once. Its well designed and the upper deck is not super far from the court.

Thanks for the tip. Have only been once but it was for a concert with a 3/4 setup and I was on the floor. The court diagram makes the remaining seats look rather bad. Will give it a second look now!
