If a digital ticket has already been transferred from the original 12th Man holder's account, can the ticket be transferred again through the 12th Man Foundation, or is it only able to be sent as a PDF from the 2nd holder to the 3rd holder?

Basically, is there any guarantee that the ticket will not be a duplicate where only the first at the gate gets in if the 2nd holder "sold" to multiple people? I have been on both ends of the initial transfer in the past, but never on one after the initial transfer.

Also curious in case I had an extra in this manner how I would go about transferring to a 3rd person.
