Age restrictions...didn't know if it was 21 and up for any reason. Haven't been to the rodeo or the stadium in probably 15yrs, so wasn't sure.

Yes, they can be transferred through AXS. For Dierks, the 4 in 354 are $200 total and the 2 in 306 are $150 total.
