I was ashamed to hear that there were fans chanting "over rated" at the North Carolina
lady soccer team...how inappropriate!

A team with 18 national championships, playing on the road in front of a record NCAA crowd, and without 2-3 of their best players who have not returned yet from their national teams...and it took 2OT to win 1-0.

What a GREAT game with 2 great teams. Their coach was very classy after the game and gave us all the credit! That my friends is NOT a team that is over rated. Things like that can really hurt and it can come back to bite you...I think the finals for the NCAA are in North Carolina this year!

i was also very disappointed about that, but it was a group of freshmen from their fishcamps. Fish camp needs to do a better job of teaching the new ags not to do this at any sporting event. We're not tech.

The worst part about the whole thing was the yell leaders just stood there instead of starting a yell to quiet them down.

Two years ago this started on the 3rd deck at a football game too.

I agree, the yell leaders should have stepped in the best they could to stop it quick!
I'm all for yelling FOR OUR TEAM, and not for stupid chants against the other team. Our
"beat the hell out of" yell is enough!

You know, if those students were thinking, which they weren't, the over rated yell demeans our team and their big victory, as it basically says the team they just beat wasn't all that good, and thus
lowers the quality of the victory.

Whoa! I did not hear that at the game. I would have been pissed. Why discredit our win by chanting they're over rated? Seriously. When you go into double over time, it's clearly a well fought game. Idiots.
