I'm really excited for this women's heptathlon tomorrow! Joniar and Timara pushed each other past time by themselves, I'm anxious to see how they compete against a larger group!

The men's and women's steeple will be fun to watch! Victor Kibiego will go against some great runners! Jonathan Chung is set to run and after many PR's this season in longer events I'm excited to see how he does in this race! Kennady Fontenot should be in a good spot to score and hopefully follow some Bama girls to a sub 10 time!

I'm excited to see our men's hurdle group and the women's jav as well!

I miss Triniaggie! They haven't posted all track season I hope they're okay
