I was looking at the box score a minute ago and I noticed that the #4 singles played 3 full sets. The other spots that split sets only played a tiebreaker. Why?

They had already started the 3rd set when Baylor registered their 4th win clinching the match. The other two didn't complete their 2nd set until after the match was clinched.
