I believe Carlton Orange has transferred from Arkansas to Texas A&M. Very good athlete

Carlton Orange best times
400m 47.07
800m 146.96
mile 4.11.36
Can anyone confirms this? Would he be eligible to compete this year or sit out due to transfer rules?

Any information on any other incoming transfers? (Especially in men's sprints)

Eligibility and running immediately? It depends. If eligible at the previous school, then probably but the other school has to sign a release IIRC.

I would check the track website the week school starts for an updated roster and/or press release of additional signees/walk-ons. Pretty sure the Sammy Watson press release is the last signee/newcomer one that came out. There always seems to be a late surprise or two.

Depends if he got a full release of not, but our 800 crew should be good.

It seems like he had enrolled since summer school. He is listed as a Buiness Administration Junior.

Add hurdler Tyler Hart to the list of "incoming transfers"...the sophomore sprinter from Richmond, Tx (Ft Bend Bible Academy) ran 52.88 this past Spring while competing as a frosh for Oklahoma.
