My school only sent one to the state track meet, but he brought home the gold in the pole vault.

I went to the 5A meet. Wow...That was easily the best high school track meet I've ever seen:

2 national records and 4 state records fell. Magness' performance in the 1,600 was incredible --- a 4:03 completely unpushed. I wish Erik Stanley had not doubled. I bet they could have went near the 4:00 barrier together.

Do any of yall know how Britini Lawrence from Hays Consol. did? I know she had the top pole going into state.
