Men's team wins doubles point, and has early lead in 5 of 6 singles matches.

Men's team wins 5 of 6 first sets in singles. Leads in 4 of the second sets. This one should be over very soon!! Way to go guys!!!

South Florida (NO.3 seed) upsets Georgia (NO. 2 seed). The Aggies will play South Florida tomorrow at 4:00 pm. We will need a big Aggie crowd to help us get to Athens and the round of 16.

That sounds like great news for the men's team. Not sure how Georgia and South Florida stacked up talent wise, but Georgia has so much tradition associated with their program that you have to be concerned any time you draw them in the tournament.

Anyone out there that attended either of the regionals that can give any insight about our opponents (men or women)in today's matches, or any information about yesterday's? Maybe a little late in the day to be asking this, but any info would be appreciated.

usf ismuch better than uga. it will be tough match. usf is not as strong in dbls, or at #1, and #4, but they are very tough at the bottom of the lineup. they are very scrappy baseliners, that won't give you anything and wil battle.

They are a pretty scrappy bunch. I think most of our folks would have preferred to play Georgia, but that was not to be. USF will be a good test. Hopefully we have the talent and momentum to take care of business. The women have a very tough match up with the California Golden Bears. I believe they may be the number four seed in the womens field. We will all know shortly.

Women's team is having it a little tougher today. Cal won the doubles point and has taken an early lead in the first set of three of the singles matches. The ladies are going to have to reach deep to pull this one out.

The women's golf team is currently tied for fourth place in the third round of their regional. The top 8 teams in the regional go to the finals. The ladies have a six stroke lead over the ninth place Baylor Bears, but Baylor is on fire today as they have come from way back in the pack to pull within striking distance of the top eight teams. Here's hoping the Aggies can hold on and make it to the finals.

Men's tennis won the doubles point and four of the first sets in singles. Raven was right. USF is a tough opponent. All of the singles matches are being tightly contested. The team still appears to be in good shape to win.

Women's tennis fell to the Cal Bears.

Women's golf cratered at the end and missed the cut. Better luck next year.

Men's team is in a war right now.

Yes they are. USF wins at No. 1 singles. Other matches in progress. We still appear to have the advantage, but it looks like this one will be a fight to the end.

Ags beat South Florida 4-1. We got lots of help from the 4,5,6 players in our lineup. Next up are the championships at Athens, GA. I believe our opponent in the Sweet 16 will be the winner of Vanderbilt and Pepperdine.

A very good job by our guys in staying focused throughout a tough match. South Florida surely must have set some sort of record for whining and slowing the pace of the match. The two freshman (Loucks and Nallon) came up big in this match. All in all a great day for the men. Four straight years in the sweet 16 is an amazing record for consistency.
