Correction...A&M was tied this year with the above mentioned ISU for FOURTH place.

Pretty impressive for an ISU team that went 11-9 in conference to reach the E8.

The difference was that they were 22-13 overall, while we were 16-14.

Nebraska giving it their best, but every time they get close or take the lead PSU seems to just kick it into a higher gear and pull away. They are like the May/Walsh of the indoor game - just completely dominating. If they win the title, they'll be considered the best team ever.

Wow! The Huskers seemed to have all the momentum, but really floundered it away at the end.

PSU wins game five 15-11, ending the match on a 7-1 run.

Man, that was a hell of a match! My Huskers fell just a bit short at the end, but what a great effort from a team that wasn't expected to go nearly this far this season. We'll miss our seniors but we've got some good young players coming back next year...looks like Texas and Nebraska will be fighting for the Big 12 championship again.

The Aggies also have some good young players coming back so I think next season will show an improved record. You sure played the Huskers tough in College Station this year.
