Aggies make impression on 2028 Ruston (LA) LB Shamar Evans

2028 Ruston (LA) LB Shamar Evans‍ checks in at 6-foot-2 and 210 pounds, and he holds offers from across the country.

Evans received his Texas A&M offer in March, and he is preparing to take his first visit to College Station the weekend of Oct. 3 when the Aggies host Arkansas.

While he has yet to visit, the A&M program has made an impression, and as the season approaches, Evans spoke to TexAgs about the Aggies, his recruiting process and his mindset heading into the fall.
