Just a thought from watching August football camp practice on Tuesday morning: The play-action slant to KC Concepcion will be a highly successful play for Texas A&M this season for four reasons:

  1. Concepcion has an explosive burst off the line of scrimmage.
  2. The running threat posed by Le’Veon Moss and Rueben Owens II will draw linebackers to the line of scrimmage on fakes.
  3. Marcel Reed delivers that pass accurately and with zip.
