Recruiting talk with Demetrius Knox

The All Saints Episcopal lineman traveled to College Station in support of his team in the Texas state championship 7-on-7 tournament. Demetrius Knox talked to TexAgs during the first day of the tournament.

On his summer thus far…

“It’s great, it’s beautiful. I’m loving the summer.”

On what he has tried to improve on this summer…

“I’m really trying to increase my strength right now, my upper body strength. I’m trying to get my bench up to 300 pounds, it’s at 280 right now.
