The oddsmakers pegged Friday night’s game to be essentially an even match-up (Ohio State, -1), and they were spot on with their betting lines. The game in Columbus was a physical slugfest, with two prizefighters trading blows for most of the 40 minutes. There were 19 lead changes, and the teams stayed within 3-4 points of each other throughout the contest, until the final three minutes when No. 15 Texas A&M steadily pulled away for a 73-66 road victory.
