* He never thought of filling the shoes of Dat Nguyen as a burden. Nguyen was a great part of his success at A&M because Nguyen took him in as a little brother and showed him the ropes. Nguyen taught him what it meant to be a member of the Wrecking Crew and he learned a lot from him. He always saw it as carrying on Nguyen’s legacy, rather than replacing him.
