2024 DL Nigel Smith II helps lead Melissa to district championship

Thursday night, standout 2024 DL Nigel Smith II‍ and Melissa capped off the 2022 regular season by claiming a district title with a 36-35 win over Lucas Lovejoy. It was a big win for the Cardinals and a momentum builder with the playoffs beginning next week. Smith has also been busy taking visits as he visited Texas A&M for the BBQ and the Miami game, and he continues to take a look at his options with a few college visits on his upcoming schedule.
