The 5-10, 175-pound defensive back from Skyline was offered today by Texas A&M. He recently visited A&M with teammates Kerrick Huggins and Will Barrows, and in my last update he had nothing but great things to say about A&M and the new coaching staff. Ced was very excited with his latest offer, and talking with him you get the sense that A&M is the team to beat right now.
