We were in the rafters … about a football field's distance between us and center court at historic Allen Fieldhouse.
It didn't matter.
This is what big-time college basketball is supposed to look like.
The place was busting at the seams and filled to the very brim a good half-hour prior to tipoff. There we sat, nestled in among the 13 Final Four banners and five National Championship banners.
